Fadelock Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
•Returns are accepted only for unused and unopened items.
•The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. •Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
•Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
•Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
•Items returned after 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process
1. To request a return, please contact us at fadelockofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
4. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
•Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
•Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
